The structure of various wooden doors

1. Compound door:

The door cores of solid wood composite doors are mostly made of pine, fir or imported filling materials. MDF and solid wood veneer are pasted on the outside, which are made after high-temperature hot pressing, and are sealed with solid wood lines. Generally, high-grade solid wood composite doors have high-quality white pine cores and solid wood veneers on the surface.

Because the white pine has low density, light weight, and easier to control the moisture content, the finished door has a lighter weight and is not easy to be deformed or cracked. In addition, the solid wood composite door also has the characteristics of heat preservation, impact resistance, flame retardancy, etc., and the sound insulation effect is basically the same as that of the solid wood door.

In addition, the veneer and stickers are more common for modern wooden doors. The veneer wooden door is relatively expensive because of its natural texture, beautiful appearance and strong impact resistance; the sticker wooden door is also called "grained wooden door", because of its low price, it is a relatively popular product. The disadvantage is that it is easier to break and is afraid of water. . The solid wood composite door has the characteristics of smooth hand feeling and soft color. It is very environmentally friendly, sturdy and durable.

2. Wooden doors and solid wood doors:

The solid wood door is made of natural logs from the forest as the door core, after drying, and then scientifically processed by cutting, planing, tenoning, drilling, high-speed milling and other processes.

3. All wooden doors:

The whole wooden door uses natural log wood as the door core, and the balance layer uses plywood instead of MDF; the process has the natural characteristics and environmental protection of the log, the process solves the instability of the log, and the shape is more diverse and delicate.
